The AI assistant is built into Nokairo, ready whenever you need a quick answer or a hand with routine work. Ask it a question the way you would ask a colleague, and it works from your clinic’s own data — appointments, patients, quotes, and invoices — to answer.

What you can do here
- Ask about your clinic in plain language — “Which patients haven’t booked in six months?”, “How much did implants bring in last quarter?”, or “Who’s on the calendar tomorrow afternoon?”
- Draft patient messages — a recall reminder, a quote follow-up, or a short note explaining a treatment, ready for you to review and send.
- Summarize a patient at a glance — pull the key points from a patient’s history and recent visits before they sit in the chair.
- Find your way around — ask “how do I…?” and get pointed straight to the right screen, without hunting through menus.
What it will not do
The assistant only ever works within your permissions. It cannot show you a patient, a branch, or a figure you would not be able to open yourself — so a colleague assigned elsewhere gets different answers to the same question.
It also drafts, it does not act on its own. An email it writes, a quote it suggests, or a change it proposes waits for you to review and confirm — nothing is sent or saved until you say so.
Who sees what
Answers are scoped to what you can access. The assistant reads the same records you can, and no more.
